These terms are written to be read. If a build scope, a warranty line or a service window is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode.
01 Scope and the published band
A build is quoted against the published tier band, with the equipment manifest, space and power prerequisites, and GST stated separately. The quote restates the public band; it does not replace it with a hidden one.
02 Install, handover and warranty
We survey, install and commission to the agreed plan, with a documented handover. Warranty terms are stated per line, and the first early breakage carries a no-blame replacement — we replace it and find the cause together.
03 Service, AMC and consumables
Annual maintenance follows the published tier you choose, with remote diagnostics included. A consumables subscription is optional and priced separately, and service is scheduled to your session calendar, not ours.
04 Honesty about sourced and own-made
Every line is marked sourced or own-made, and we will not relabel a sourced line as our own build. When a component must change, we tell you and offer an equal-or-better part — never a silent downgrade to protect a margin.
