Short version: this is institutional infrastructure, so we hold what a build and a service contract need, keep it in India, and design the on-site AI so student data stays on campus by default. The longer version below says what that means for a school and for a student.
01 What we collect
For a build: the school's site, contact and billing details, and the equipment and service records the contract needs. For lab operations: usage and asset records that live inside the school's own software. We do not need a student's personal accounts to run a lab.
02 On-site AI and student data
The on-prem inference appliance runs models inside the school's building, so a student's work does not have to leave the campus to be useful. Where a school chooses a cloud path instead, we say so plainly and keep the data in India.
03 What we never do
We never sell or rent a school's or a student's data, and we never run advertising on these pages. Records are used to build, service and report on the lab — not to profile anyone for marketing.
04 Your data is yours
The lab's usage and asset records live in the school's own system and belong to the school. You can export them at no charge, and deletion means deleted, save for the records the law requires us to retain. There is no exit cost for leaving.
